Why attend?
A key networking opportunity
Active County Cambridgeshire was the UK’s National Active Travel Conference, the 13th annual event in a series established in 2015
The conference plenaries, breakout and workshop sessions were run alongside training and guidance sessions. Each session provided useful insights and actionable ideas to help attendees design inclusive and accessible active travel infrastructure and communications.

Active County Cambridgeshire provided a unique opportunity to hear from industry-leading professionals and gain insight and knowledge on how active travel is key to improving health and connecting communities.
The conference featured presentations, workshops and networking opportunities for professionals delivering walking and cycling projects across the UK and beyond.
As well as an essential networking opportunity for active travel professionals, the Active County series is designed to bring together and inspire those working in public health, education, planning and development and environmental roles.
We carefully curate the conference programme by featuring an essential mix of keynote presentations from government, council hosts and sponsors, and seminars on a range of topics.
The Active County series of events are Europe's largest annual gathering of cycling and walking development professionals. The conference provides exhibitors with the ideal space for meeting and networking with existing and future customers.
