Specifics about your presentation
Speaker Photograph
Please provide a recent headshot and your LinkedIn profile by Tuesday 30th June.
Your photograph and biography will be displayed on the event website and may be used in conference marketing materials.
Presentation Submission
Individual session briefing notes will be distributed to speakers by Landor LINKS' Content Director, Juliana O'Rourke.
All Presentations must be submitted no later than 16:00 on Tuesday 7th July.
Presentations should be submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint format (16:9 widescreen).
It's crucial to send presentations to both conferences@landor.co.uk and juliana.orourke@landor.co.uk to prevent potential disruptions during the event.
Submissions can be sent via email or WeTransfer, with a maximum file size of 2GB. Additionally, speakers are advised to carry a backup copy of their slides on a USB stick.
The following presentation formats cannot be accommodated:

Presentation Guidance

Use a minimum font size of 24pt where possible

Avoid excessive text on slides

Ensure videos are embedded

Bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive

Inform the conference team of any specialist AV requirements in advance
Any videos or audio files must be embedded within your PowerPoint presentation and tested before submission. We cannot guarantee internet connectivity during the event.
On the Day
Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to meet the session chair and Landor LINKS team.
Technical support will be available to address any last-minute concerns. These measures are intended to ensure a seamless and successful presentation experience for all participants of Active County.
Post Event
Following the event, delegates will receive access to presentation PDFs, unless speakers have requested that their slides are withheld.
If any presentation contains sensitive content, speakers are encouraged to notify us within 24 hours after the event so that any necessary edits or adjustments can be made.
Please note that speaker notes will not be included in the shared PDFs.
